How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Worldwide

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days Processing time is 1-2 business days (longer for customized items).

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Returns are free for our customers. Please visit our Return Policy Page for detailed instructions.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center on our website. You’ll need to provide your order number by contact us at support@idenafortis.com to start the process. We’ll then provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your items back.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note, it may take an additional few days for your bank to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@idenafortis.com.
